Servicer Cooperation. The Servicer shall act, in a good faith and reasonable manner, to assist and cooperate with the Oversight Agent in performing its duties and obligations under this Section 8.30. On a monthly basis pursuant to Section 8.26 hereof, the Servicer shall provide the Oversight Agent with its Monthly Servicing Reports in a compatible computer readable format.
