Servicer Cooperation. The Servicer shall act, in a good faith and reasonable manner, to assist and cooperate with the Master Servicer in performing its duties and obligations under this Section 12.01. On a monthly basis pursuant to Section 8.08(d)(ii) hereof, the Servicer, shall provide the Master Servicer with its monthly servicing report in a compatible computer readable format.
