Common use of Servicer Fees Clause in Contracts

Servicer Fees. The Servicer shall be entitled to any interest earned on the amounts deposited in the Collection Account during each Collection Period plus all late fees, prepayment charges and other administrative fees and expenses or similar charges, if any, allowed by applicable law and the terms of the Receivables during each Collection Period (the "Supplemental Servicing Fee"). The Servicer also shall be entitled to the Servicing Fee, as provided herein.
