Common use of Servicer Reimbursements Clause in Contracts

Servicer Reimbursements. The Servicer shall be entitled to be reimbursed from amounts on deposit in, or to be deposited in, the Collection Account with respect to a Collection Period for amounts previously deposited in the Collection Account but later determined by the Servicer to have resulted from mistaken deposits or postings or checks returned for insufficient funds. The amount to be reimbursed hereunder shall be paid to the Servicer on the related Distribution Date pursuant to Section 9.5(a)(iv). Upon the request of the Administrative/Collateral Agent or any Agent, the Servicer shall certify any amount to be reimbursed hereunder and shall supply such other information as may be necessary in the opinion of the Administrative/Collateral Agent to verify the accuracy of such certification. The Administrative/Collateral Agent shall not be under any obligation to make the request described in the immediately preceding sentence.
