Servicer Removal. The Master Servicer may in its reasonable discretion, in the event that the Servicer's actions or omissions result in damage to any REO or a failure to sell any REO property within a reasonable time, the Master Servicer may remove the servicing of such REO from the Servicer and assume responsibility for management, control, maintenance, security, rehabilitation and disposition of such REO.
