Servicer; Servicing Tape. The Borrower shall provide to the Agent promptly within ten (10) Business Days after the end of each month a computer readable file in the form reasonably requested by the Agent from time to time, on a loan-by-loan basis and in the aggregate, with respect to the Collateral serviced hereunder by the Borrower or any Servicer. The Borrower shall not cause the Collateral to be serviced by any servicer other than a servicer mutually agreed to by the Agent and the Borrower.
