Servicer Standing Sample Clauses
Servicer Standing. Such Seller is properly licensed and qualified to do business and in good standing in each jurisdiction in which such licensing and qualification is necessary to act as the servicer or master servicer, as applicable, under any of the Servicing Agreements and applicable law, and qualified to act as the servicer or master service, as applicable, under each Servicing Agreement, and no event has occurred which would make such Seller unable to comply with all such eligibility requirements or the applicable requirements of each applicable Governmental Entity. Such Seller has not received any written notice from any Governmental Entity that it intends to terminate or restrict Seller’s status as an approved servicer in its programs for which such Seller is registered, approved or authorized.
Servicer Standing. New Servicer is qualified to act as the servicer under the Servicing Agreements, including by meeting the financial requirements to act as the servicer under the Servicing Agreements, and no event has occurred which would make New Servicer unable to comply with all such eligibility requirements. New Servicer is capable of servicing the Mortgage Loans in accordance with the Servicing Agreements.
