Common use of Servicer Termination; Successor Servicer Clause in Contracts

Servicer Termination; Successor Servicer. Within two Business Days after any termination of the Servicer’s rights and powers pursuant to Sections 8.1 or 8.3 of the Servicing Agreement or resignation of the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.6 of the Servicing Agreement, the Issuer will notify the Indenture Trustee. As soon as a successor Servicer is appointed pursuant to Section 8.4 of the Servicing Agreement, the Issuer will notify the Indenture Trustee of such appointment, specifying in such notice the name and address of such successor Servicer. The Issuer will deliver to the Rating Agencies a copy of any notice of the appointment of a successor Servicer that is received by the Indenture Trustee pursuant to this Section 3.6(e), within ten days after the date on which the Indenture Trustee receives such notice.
