Servicer to Act as Servicer; Administration of the Loans. (a) The Servicer shall service and administer the Loans on behalf of the Trust Fund solely in the best interests of and for the benefit of the Certificateholders (as determined by the Servicer in its reasonable judgment) and the Trustee (as trustee for Certificateholders) in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the respective Loans and, to the extent consistent with such terms, in the same manner in which, and with the same care, skill, prudence and diligence with which, it services and administers similar mortgage loans for other portfolios, giving due consideration to customary and usual standards of practice of prudent institutional residential mortgage lenders and loan servicers, and taking into account its other obligations hereunder, but without regard to:
