Servicer to Prepare and Deliver Servicer Payment Date Statement and Lien Status Report. Not later than 10:00 a.m. Eastern time as in effect in the City on the third Business Day prior to each Payment Date, the Servicer shall prepare and deliver to the Collateral Agent and Custodian, with respect to such Payment Date, a statement with respect to Tax Liens (other than PACE Charge Liens) serviced by the Servicer and a separate statement with respect to PACE Charge Liens serviced by the Servicer (each, a “Servicer Payment Date Statement”) setting forth:
