Servicer's Agreement. The Servicer agrees with the Master Servicer to service the Mortgage Loans in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and, to the extent of any instructions of the Master Servicer that are given, such instructions and, subject to the provisions hereof and without any further instruction by the Master Servicer except as shall be expressly provided for herein, shall have full power and authority to do all things necessary in connection therewith.
