Servicer's Continued Performance. On and after the Servicer's receipt of a Termination Notice pursuant to Section 5.1(b), the Servicer will continue to perform all servicing functions pursuant to this Agreement until the date specified by the Lender in such Termination Notice or, if no such date is specified, until a date mutually agreed upon by the Servicer and the Lender.
