Servicer’s Failure to Make a Deposit or Payment. If the Servicer fails to make, or give instructions to make, any payment, deposit or withdrawal required to be made or given by the Servicer at the time specified in the Base Indenture or this Series Supplement (including applicable grace periods), the Trustee shall make such payment, deposit or withdrawal from the applicable account in accordance with the written instructions provided by the Majority Noteholders.
