Servicer's Fee Discount. The “Servicer’s Fee Discount” for a particular Originator, as measured on any Payment Date, shall be determined in accordance with the following formula: where: SFD = Servicer’s Fee Discount for such Originator as measured on such Payment Date SF = For each Payment Date, the aggregate Dollar amount of the Servicer’s Fee payable to the Servicer pursuant to clause (a) or (b), as the case may be, of Section 4.6 of the Receivables Purchase Agreement in respect of the month preceding such Payment Date AUB, in respect of such Originator, has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.1 SAUB = The sum of the separate AUBs calculated in respect of all Originators on such Payment Date
