Servicer's Role. The Servicer shall be readily available to Borrowers to offer skilled financial counsel and advice and shall make personal contact with delinquent Borrowers as often as possible to achieve a solution that will bring the Mortgage Loan current as soon as possible. The Servicer shall be fully familiar with the form of relief to Borrowers provided for herein and shall employ such relief.
