Servicer’s Servicing Obligations. The Servicer shall service and administer the Mortgage Loans in accordance with the terms and provisions set forth in the Servicing Addendum attached as Exhibit 9; which Servicing Addendum is hereby incorporated in this Agreement in its entirety as if the same were contained in this Section 11.

In addition, with respect to any Mortgage Loan that is not subject to an assignable "life of loan" Flood Zone Service Contract or Tax Servicer Contract as of the related Closing Date, the Servicer shall pay the cost incurred by the Purchaser or its designee to obtain such a contract. The Prepayment Penalty Mortgage Loans. The penalty will be enforced as per the Seller and as per the Mortgage Note and will be payable to the Seller.

The Servicer agrees to act reasonably, in good faith and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and to do all things necessary to effect the transfer of the servicing of the Servicing Released Mortgage Loans to Purchaser.
