Services Activation Clause Samples
The Services Activation clause defines when and how the contracted services will begin. Typically, it specifies the conditions that must be met before services are considered active, such as completion of setup, delivery of necessary equipment, or receipt of a formal notice from the provider. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the service commencement date, which is crucial for scheduling, billing, and performance obligations, thereby preventing disputes over when responsibilities and payments should start.
Services Activation. Following execution of the Order Form, Alpha shall initiate activation of the Service by providing Client with access to an account within the applicable Service (“Activation Date”). Client is responsible for (a) providing Alpha with any historical data to be archived in a format acceptable to Alpha; and (b) configuring Client messaging services or other systems to transmit Client Data (as defined in Section 3.4) to Alpha.
Services Activation. Following execution of the Order Form, or acceptance of an order for additional Services, Commvault shall initiate activation of the Service by providing Client with access to an account within the applicable Service (“Activation Date”).
