Services; Additions. Pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Service Provider shall provide to WG the Services, which will be described in Work Agreements, the form of which is attached hereto as Appendix 4. Services may be modified from time to time during the Term in accordance with the procedures for Changes set forth in Appendix 12.1. Service Provider shall not have the right to cease provision of the Services (in whole or in part) except as expressly provided in this Agreement.
