Design Professional may request a copy of Design-Bid-Build Construction Contracts used on other District projects before entering into this Contract and acknowledges that a similar Design-Bid-Build Construction Contract may be used for this Project. Design Professional further agrees to help the District tailor the GSFIC Design-Bid-Build Construction Contract to this Project upon request. SCCPSS Project No. 1. All Statements of Probable Construction Cost shall be provided using the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) UniFormat™ classification of construction systems and assemblies.
