Common use of Services Agreement Clause in Contracts

Services Agreement. 1.1 These are the terms and conditions on which we supply Services to you. 1.2 The Services provided hereunder are supplied by RealSAM, Real Thing Ai, RNIB, and O2, using the O2 Network and related systems and infrastructure. For the avoidance of doubt, all rights available to RealSAM pursuant to these terms and conditions are also available to be exercised by O2 and vice versa.
