Common use of Services Agreement Clause in Contracts

Services Agreement. On the date of this Agreement (a) the Company and the Sponsor have executed and delivered to the Underwriters an Administrative Services Agreement, the form of which is annexed as an exhibit to the Registration Statement (the “Services Agreement”), pursuant to which the Sponsor will provide office space, utilities and secretarial and administrative support for the Company, for which the Company will pay the Sponsor $10,000 per month (the “Administrative Services Fee”) starting on the Effective Date and continuing until the earlier of (x) the completion of the Business Combination and (y) the liquidation of the Company.

Services Agreement. On the date of this Agreement (a) the Company and the Sponsor have executed and delivered to the Underwriters an Administrative Services Agreement, the form of which is annexed as an exhibit to the Registration Statement (the “Services Agreement”), pursuant to which the Sponsor will provide office space, utilities and secretarial and administrative support for the Company, for which the Company will pay the Sponsor $10,000 per month (the “Administrative Services Fee”) starting on the Effective Date and continuing until the earlier of (x) the completion of the Business Combination and (y) the liquidation of the Company.

On the date of this Agreement (a) the Company and an affiliate of the Sponsor have executed and delivered to the Underwriters an Administrative Services Agreement, the form of which is annexed as an exhibit to the Registration Statement (the “Services Agreement”), pursuant to which the Sponsor will provide office space, utilities and secretarial and administrative support for the Company, for which the Company will pay the Sponsor $10,000 25,000 per month (the “Administrative Services Fee”) starting on the Effective Date and continuing until the earlier of (x) the completion of the Business Combination and (y) the liquidation of the Company.

Services Agreement. On the date of this Agreement (a) the Company and the Sponsor have executed and delivered to the Underwriters an Administrative Services Agreement, the form of which is annexed as an exhibit to the Registration Statement (the “Services Agreement”), pursuant to which the Sponsor will provide office space, utilities utilities, management, operations and secretarial and administrative support for to the Company, for which the Company will pay the Sponsor $10,000 per month until the completion of the Business Combination (the “Administrative Services Fee”) starting on the Effective Date and continuing until the earlier of (x) the completion of the Business Combination Combination, and (y) the liquidation of the Company.

Services Agreement. On the date of this Agreement (a) the Company and the Sponsor have executed and delivered to the Underwriters an Administrative Services Agreement, the form of which is annexed as an exhibit to the Registration Statement (the “Services Agreement”), pursuant to which the Sponsor will provide office space, utilities and secretarial and administrative support for the Company, for which the Company will pay the Sponsor $10,000 15,000 per month (the “Administrative Services Fee”) month, starting on the Effective Date and continuing until the earlier of (x) the completion of the Business Combination and (y) the liquidation of the Company.
