Services and Compensation. A. ENGINEER shall conduct all activities and within such timeframes as set forth on Exhibit “A”, attached hereto (the “Services”). B. ENGINEER shall receive as consideration to be paid for the performance of the Services set forth in Exhibit “B”, attached hereto (the “Compensation”).
