Common use of Services and Exclusivity of Services Clause in Contracts

Services and Exclusivity of Services. So long as this Agreement shall continue in effect, Employee shall (i) devote his full business time, energy and ability exclusively to the business, affairs and interests of Employer and its subsidiaries and matters related thereto, (ii) use Employee's best efforts and abilities to faithfully and diligently promote the business, affairs and interests of Employer and its subsidiaries, if any, and (iii) shall perform the services contemplated by this Agreement in accordance with policies established by, and under the direction of, the Board or Directors of the Employer (the "Board"). Employer and Employee acknowledge that Employee will be required to perform services outside of the United States.
