Services and Facilities. The Management Company shall provide the following during the Tenancy Period: 5.1.1 Cleaning maintenance and repair of the Building as specified in the Handbook (except where damage is caused by the Tenant or another tenant who is liable to repay such damage under this Agreement). 5.1.2 Operation, inspection, servicing and repair of all plant, machinery and equipment in the Building including the provision of all fuel and water. 5.1.3 Firefighting equipment in the shared areas of the Building. 5.1.4 An adequate supply of hot water for domestic use. 5.1.5 Reasonably adequate heat during the Tenancy Period, having regard to prevailing weather conditions. This may mean, therefore, that the heating is deactivated during the summer period. 5.1.6 Employment of staff for the day to day running of the Building. 5.1.7 Kitchen refuse bins (including repairing and replacing them when necessary) in the shared areas of the Building, and arranging for disposal of refuse from the external bin areas. 5.1.8 Items on the Inventory, which the Management Company shall also maintain (except for loss, breakage or damage attributed to you or your visitors). 5.1.9 Laundry facilities, for which there will be a separate charge for use. (Please note, the laundry facilities are provided by an external company which is responsible for them). 5.1.10 To provide security facilities for the Building.
