Common use of Services and Phased Authorizations Clause in Contracts

Services and Phased Authorizations. Engineer agrees to perform during the term of this Agreement, each and every service enumerated herein and in the “Scope of Services” document attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A (“Services”). The initiation of each phase of Services by the Engineer will commence upon receipt of a written Notice-to-Proceed from the Owner’s Representative designated in Exhibit B, authorizing Engineer to proceed to the extent of such written authorization.
