Common use of Services and Right to Use Direct Agreement Clause in Contracts

Services and Right to Use Direct Agreement. (a) The Credit Facility Agent shall (as soon as reasonably practicable) deliver to the Intercreditor Agent a copy of any document received by it in connection with clause 13.5.1 (BVI Entity Articles of Association), 13.6.1 (Macau Obligor Articles of Association) or 16.1 (Grant of MacauCo Preference Rights) of the Services and Right to Use Direct Agreement.
