Services at cost. The Parties agree that: (a) to prepare a bid for a contract tendered by GCN, and (b) to execute such contract after award, they shall perform and ▇▇▇▇ their work, services and transfer of know-how at cost to the consortium, which they have agreed to form for the purpose of the bid and execution of the contract, subject to any transfer pricing tax implication as agreed by the Parties.
