SERVICES BCN PROVIDES. Group, GHP and BCN agree to incorporate into this BA Agreement any regulations issued with respect to the HITECH Act that relate to the obligations of business associates. BCN recognizes and agrees that it is obligated by law to meet the applicable provisions of the HITECH Act. BCN will manage, operate and administer HRA Coverage(s) (as defined in the ASC) and perform the services set forth in attached Exhibit 1 of this Schedule C with respect to benefits provided to Enrollees under GHP.
