SERVICES BY RECIPIENT Clause Samples

The "Services by Recipient" clause defines the obligations and responsibilities of the party receiving services under the agreement. It typically outlines any actions, cooperation, or resources the recipient must provide to enable the service provider to perform their duties effectively, such as granting access to facilities, supplying necessary information, or adhering to agreed timelines. This clause ensures that both parties understand the recipient's role in facilitating the services, thereby preventing delays or misunderstandings and supporting the smooth execution of the contract.
