SERVICES BY THE PARTIES. Broker agrees to process and submit completed Packages to ARC HOME in compliance with this Agreement. Upon receipt and acceptance of a Package from Broker, ARC HOME agrees to underwrite and approve or deny such Package according to ARC HOME’s underwriting criteria and ARC HOME Guidelines, applicable Agency or Non- Agency Guidelines, and Applicable Law.
