Common use of Services by Third Parties Clause in Contracts

Services by Third Parties. Either party may, without cause, procure any of the services or benefits specified in Section 2 hereof from a third party or may provide such services or benefits for itself. The Providing Party shall discontinue providing such services or benefits upon written notice by the discontinuing party, delivered at least 90 days before the requested termination date. The terminating party shall pay to the other party an amount equal to the costs incurred by the party providing services as a result of such termination, including, without limitation, any severance or cancellation fees.
