Services Contractor Agrees to Perform. During the Term of this Agreement, Contractor will perform all of the services set forth in Appendix A, “SaaS Implementation and Training Services,” Appendix B, “SaaS Application and Hosted Services,” and the following: (a) Provide all hardware, software and other equipment at Contractor's hosting site as described in Appendix B or any Description of Services (and any applicable disaster recovery site) as necessary to host and deliver the SaaS Application and Services described in Appendices A and B. (b) Provide Authorized Users access to the SaaS Application and Services pursuant to the grant of access in Section 4.1. (c) Comply with the Service Level Obligations described in Appendix
