Services Description Countries Clause Samples
The 'Services Description Countries' clause defines the specific services to be provided under the agreement and identifies the countries or territories where these services will be delivered. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of work, the nature of the services, and lists the geographic regions covered, ensuring both parties are clear on what is included and where. By clearly delineating the services and their applicable locations, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and disputes regarding the obligations and coverage of the agreement.
