Services During the Project Close-out Phase During the Project Close-out Phase, the OPM shall: 8.8.1 Manage the processing of final payments to Project Vendors and submission by all Project Vendors of final deliverables. 8.8.2 Manage any activities of the Design-Builder or other Project Vendors with respect to disposition of residual materials, if any. 8.8.3 Assist the Owner in obtaining final receipt of funding from the Grant and other funding sources, including assisting in the submission of all required reporting 8.8.4 Assist the Owner in preparing for any final audits and participating in such audits as required. 8.8.5 Meet or otherwise communicate with the Owner and Project Vendors as necessary. 8.8.6 Complete any services described in other Phases commenced but not completed before the commencement of this Phase. 8.8.7 Organize all project records for long term storage and retrieval in compliance with the Owner’s record retention guidelines.
