Services – Limitation of Liability. Other than in cases involving Cargo or property damage, personal injury or death, the total liability of the Operator to a User (if any) for the failure to properly perform any of the services is limited to refunding the amount paid by the User to the Operator for such services and is subject to the liability ceiling amount referred to in Subsection 7.13 (Liability Ceiling Amount).
