Services of Artisan Partners Not Exclusive. The services of Artisan Partners (and any person controlled by or under common control with Artisan Partners) to Artisan Funds hereunder are not to be deemed exclusive, and Artisan Partners (and any person controlled by or under common control with Artisan Partners) shall be free to render similar services to others so long as its services under this Agreement are not impaired by such other activities.
