Common use of Services of Indemnitee Clause in Contracts

Services of Indemnitee. This Agreement shall not be deemed to constitute an agreement of employment nor shall it impose any obligation on Indemnitee or the Company to continue the Indemnitee’s service to the Company beyond any period otherwise required by applicable law or by other agreements or commitments of the parties, if any. The Indemnitee, if a member of the Board of Directors, hereby agrees to serve or continue to serve as a director of the Company, for so long as the Indemnitee is duly elected or appointed or until the Indemnitee tenders his or her resignation or is removed in accordance with the Certificate, the Bylaws and applicable law.
