SERVICES OF LEGAL PROCESS. The service of any legal process shall be by way of prepaid registered post sent to the address as stated in this Contract. Proof of posting shall be regarded as proof of acceptance and the said service shall be deemed to have been duly served and duly received upon the expiry of five (5) days from the date of posting.
