SERVICES OF MASTER SERVICER. The servicing, administration and collection of the Pool Receivables shall be conducted by the Master Servicer under the Servicing Agreement. Any information, notice or report to be delivered by, or any instructions, requests, demands, elections or directions to be given by, the Master Servicer under this Agreement are, unless otherwise indicated, being delivered or given by the Master Servicer on behalf of the Company in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Servicing Agreement.
