SERVICES OF THE CONTRACTOR. 1.1. All work shall be in accordance with the attached RFP xxxxx and the Contractor’s response to the RFP xxxxx attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference. Should there be any discrepancy between Exhibit A and this Agreement the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall prevail.
