SERVICES REMEDY. If the services do not comply with the Services Warranty or are in any manner found to be nonconforming during the Services Warranty Period, Contractor promptly shall remedy the non-conformance, or at OSOS’s election, Contractor shall re- perform or correct the nonconforming services at no additional cost to OSOS or refund the amounts paid for the services.
