Services Security. GHX and User will each use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the security of the Services, including, without limitation, constructing and maintaining firewalls and other security devices to limit any unauthorized access to or use of the Services or information accessible from the Services. GHX and User each will take commercially reasonable precautions to avoid introducing into the other’s computers any computer virus, trojan horse, worm or other malicious computer code. Except as permitted in the section titled The Services, User may not upload, download, modify, disassemble, decompile, or copy GHX Intellectual Property or otherwise take any action that may affect the use or functionality of the Services.
Services Security. The Services performed by SROs pursuant to this Agreement are not intended to supplant those provided by existing District security personnel. District may request security services from City pursuant to other provisions of this Agreement.
Services Security. PLPT TELECOM desires to maintain the security, confidentiality, and privacy of the Services. PLPT TELECOM may terminate or suspend Customer’s access to the Services and Customer’s account should PLPT TELECOM determines that Customer’s Services or equipment is being used as a proxy or conduit for hacking, theft, ransomware, or other illegal conduct involving the internet.
