SERVICES TO BE COORDINATED. The Developer agrees and acknowledges that the designs of all municipal and public utilities and services for the subdivision of the Lands must be co- ordinated with all adjacent developments to ensure secondary access, service main looping and other integration and co-ordination of utilities and services.
