Common use of SERVICES TO BE RENDERED BY SUB-ADVISER TO THE TRUST Clause in Contracts

SERVICES TO BE RENDERED BY SUB-ADVISER TO THE TRUST. A. Subject to the oversight and supervision of the Trustees, the Manager (based upon the recommendation of the Primary Sub-Adviser), will determine the percentage allocation of the assets of the Fund for which Sub-Adviser will have investment responsibilities (“Allocated Portion”). As investment adviser to the Fund with responsibilities for the Allocated Portion, Sub-Adviser will coordinate the investment and reinvestment of the assets of the Allocated Portion, and determine the composition of the Allocated Portion, subject always to the supervision and control of the Manager and Trustees. B. As part of the services it will provide hereunder, Sub-Adviser will do the following:
