SERVICES TO BE RENDERED BY THE ADVISER TO THE TRUST. A. As investment adviser to the Portfolio, the Adviser will coordinate the investment and reinvestment of the assets of the Portfolio and the composition of the assets of the Portfolio, subject always to the supervision and control of the Manager and the Trustees of the Trust. The Adviser shall allocate responsibilities for specific tasks relating to the Portfolio between the Adviser and Xxxxx Capital. The Adviser will provide the social screening services used in selecting each investment for the Portfolio and has the authority to deny the purchase by the Portfolio or cause divestiture of any investments of the Portfolio if such investment, in the sole opinion of the Adviser, fails to pass the social screens established for the Portfolio.
