Services to Company. Indemnitee agrees to serve as a director or officer of the Company for so long as Indemnitee is duly elected or appointed or until Indemnitee tenders his or her resignation. This Agreement shall not be deemed an employment contract between the Company (or any of its subsidiaries) and Indemnitee.
