SERVICES TO CUSTOMER. BCC shall provide the Services to the Customer described in the SOW. Services will be scheduled to begin at a mutually agreeable time. Commencement dates will be scheduled no sooner than five (5) business days after the SOW is signed.
SERVICES TO CUSTOMER. TransactTools shall provide the services described in Exhibit A, in addition to other services as may be agreed upon from time to time by the parties (the "Services").
SERVICES TO CUSTOMER. 2.1 Order Entry Customer orders may be placed via the Internet through our on-line electronic order entry system, AlliantLink.com(TM). This service provides customer with a customizex xxxxx/xxxxxxxry guide, on-line pricing specific to your account, invoices, account status and multiple product usage and history reports.
SERVICES TO CUSTOMER. Company shall provide the Services to Customer as specified in the applicable Order Form. Company shall cause its personnel, while performing the Services at or from the premises of Customer, to comply with all reasonable internal rules and regulations of Customer, including security procedures, applicable to such premises, provided such rules and regulations apply to Customer's third party contractors generally and are disclosed to Company reasonably in advance and in writing. 向客户提供的服务：公司将向客户提供适用订购单中约定的服务内容。公司应在其在客户场所或从客户场所执行服务的过程中，使其人员遵守客户的所有合理内部规定和规章，包括适用于该场所的安全程序，前提是该规定和规章适用于客户的第三方承包商。一般情况下，上述规定和规章等应事先以书面形式合理地披露给公司。
