Common use of Services with Respect to Contracts Clause in Contracts

Services with Respect to Contracts. (a) Unless otherwise provided herein, Manager shall, at the expense of Owner, in accordance with the Budget (to the extent Owner provides the funds required therefor), duly and punctually pay and perform on behalf of Owner all of Owner’s obligations under the Contracts and use commercially reasonable efforts to enforce, preserve and keep unimpaired the rights of Owner and the obligations of other parties under the Contracts.

Services with Respect to Contracts. (a) Unless otherwise provided herein, Manager shall, at the expense of Owner, in accordance with the Budget (to the extent Owner provides the funds required therefor)approved Budgets unless otherwise provided herein, duly and punctually pay and perform on behalf of Owner all of Owner’s 's material obligations under the Contracts Contracts. Manager and Owner shall each use their respective diligent and commercially reasonable efforts to enforce, preserve and keep unimpaired the rights of Owner and the obligations of other parties under the Contracts, in accordance with said Contracts and this Agreement.
