Servicing and Origination Costs. Program Lender shall be solely responsible for and shall pay all costs due to any third party from Program Lender (including, without limitation, amounts due to XXXX or Servicer) with respect to origination of NextStudent Conforming Loans and with respect to loan servicing of NextStudent Conforming Loans incurred prior to purchase of a NextStudent Conforming Loan hereunder. FMC shall be solely responsible for and shall pay any obligations it has incurred in connection with the NextStudent Conforming Loans and shall be solely responsible for arranging and paying all costs for servicing of the NextStudent Conforming Loans after purchase of such Loans.
