Common use of Servicing and Property Management Clause in Contracts

Servicing and Property Management. Seller Parties have adequate financial standing and, through the Servicing Agreement or Property Management, as applicable, with Servicer or Property Manager, as applicable, access to adequate servicing and management facilities, procedures and experienced personnel necessary for the sound servicing and management of mortgage loans, REO properties and rental properties of the same types as may from time to time constitute Mortgage Loans and Contributed Assets and in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices and Accepted Property Management Practices, as applicable.
