Servicing by Lending Club. You acknowledge and agree that Lending Club may provide services to us in connection with evaluating your loan requests, and all other aspects of your relationship with us. Lending Club will also act as the servicer of any loan that you obtain. Lending Club may delegate servicing to another entity in its sole discretion without notice.
